Meet Karen Diaz

In her professional role as a Front Desk Receptionist, Karen is known for her ability to create a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere for patients and visitors. Bilingual, she is able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals. Her responsibilities include answering incoming calls, responding to patient inquiries, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and with care. She is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every person who walks through the door feels welcome and supported.

Outside of the office, she is deeply involved in her church community. Alongside her husband, she serves as a youth pastor, helping young people step out of their comfort zones and become more engaged in both the church and broader community. She also has the privilege of being the pianist at church, which has been a passion of hers since 2017.

When she is not at church or serving others, she cherishes spending quality time with her family. Cooking for them brings her immense joy.
