vienna.hearing@gmail.comDr. Elizabeth Hoehl received her Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree in 2003 from the Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. Prior to this, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 1999 from Towson University in Towson, M.D. In the past 20 years, she has worked with many different populations during her Audiology career. She has extensive experience with diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing aid selection, fittings, and repairs. In addition to tinnitus, vestibular, and hearing protection protocols. She is also a member of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Hoehl is excited to pursue this dream of private practice ownership. She has been working behind the scenes for a few years gathering information from other professional colleagues and decided the time was now!
Dr. Hoehl moved to Northern Virginia in 2002. She met her husband in 2006 and married in 2008. They have four beautiful children and one spunky golden-doodle dog. When she is not in the office, she can be seen driving the kids to their many sport practices and activities.

Laura Carter, Au.D.

Doctor Of Audiology
Dr. Laura Carter completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Northern Colorado. She continued at the University of Northern Colorado to complete her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has worked in clinical settings for over ten years, including an ENT practice and a neuro-otology practice. Her experience includes diagnostic audiological and vestibular evaluations, electrophysiological testing, cochlear implant mapping, tinnitus evaluation and management, and hearing aid fittings. Being an audiologist allows her to blend her passion for helping people with a love of technology.
Dr. Carter lived in Northern Virginia for five years before moving to the U.K. in 2021. She returned to Northern Virginia in 2023. In her spare time, she can be found at the gym, playing soccer, and spending time with her two sons.
Cindy Gomez

Office Manager
Cindy Gomez joined our team in June 2022 and serves as our practice office manager.
She's had over 7 years of experience in the medical field and genuinely enjoys helping others and meeting their needs. She is responsible for the coordination of services within the center. Her role includes scheduling appointments and handling communication with the audiologists and patients.
Cindy was born and raised in Northern Virginia and studied international relations at Liberty University. She also serves part time as your local real estate agent.
During her spare time, you can find her at the gym, attending local events or working with her clients ensuring that they find their perfect home!
